How is it possible that a little snow can make a so called develop country off the track?

It happens so infrequently that it is not worth investing in equipment to deal with snow.

Don't get me started. It seems it is not worth investing in anything in the UK. Standards are quite low. Sometimes I find it hard to adjust to the fact that no one really cares or takes pride in what they do, take the London tube for example or building standards. The Brits have an illusion of living by the Mediterranean. Thanks to that, now it is freezing cold in my apartment that has the poorest possible insulation and electricity heating. This is not the first cold period in this country. So frustrating. The greatness in the past is not a promise of success in the future, it seems.
